CAN I MAKE _____ FROM (SHOW/BOOK/GAME)?

Because we're a single fandom RP, canon characters from other shows (such as Lee Adama from BSG-RI) will not be accepted. When it comes to alien species, it's highly unlikely that a canon species from another fandom would be allowed, though you can certainly ask about it, or just submit an original species to staff.

WHAT IS THE YEAR/SETTING OF WONDER?

Wonder is set in the year 2010, where none of the events of SGA or SGU have happened. Essentially, it's a partial reboot, only this time with a bigger expedition and lots more ships (which means more fun). The setting is the Pegasus Dwarf Irregular Galaxy.

WHERE ARE ALL THE PLANETS/IC BOARDS?

Because of the setting and fandom Wonder is based in, we have decided to limit the amount of starting boards. For the Expedition, at least, most of your roleplay will take place in the city. Want us to add a missing planet, or an original one? PM Leigh with your request!

MY CUSTOM ADDED PLANET/IC BOARD DISAPPEARED! HELP?

Don't panic! As part of our war on board unemployment, we've been sending them to work in a remote naquadah mine. We only do this after they've been loitering around for over two months without posts, so if you want to use the location just let us know and we'll arrange for transfer.

DO YOU ACCEPT USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT?

Yes. Please PM Leigh for more details on what information is required for a database entry or if you have questions about what will happen to your user-submitted content if you decide to leave.

IS THERE A WORD COUNT/CHARACTER LIMIT?

Nope. Write as long or short as you want, with as many characters as you want. Unofficially, staff encourage all members to be realistic about how many characters they can handle.

IS DOHTML/PROBOARDS ENHANCED ENABLED?

Due to concerns with the security of Wonder, Proboards Enhanced is currently not enabled. However, we have installed a custom justify tag for those who wish to use it. If there are other similar codes you would like to see installed, feel free to message Leigh.

HOW DOES LIQUID TIME WORK?

On Wonder, liquid time means that, while your character cannot physically be in two places at once (barring any technological meddling, of course), you can participate in more than one thread at once. You can be in fifty threads at once if you wish, it's up to you. We also consider liquid time to mean a non-linear timeline, so you may write out past or future scenes (including any time travel your character may embark on from the present).
