CANON CHARACTERSMost characters seen in Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis will modify easily to suit the plot of Wonder. If you are unsure about a canon character's suitability, feel free to ask in the chat-box or the bulletin board. Bear in mind this is a simple index list of created canon characters – if you want a complete list of every named Stargate character, look here. If a character's name is on this list, you may not apply for that character. If characters appear in both shows, they will be listed in both categories in italics (ex: Lorne who appears in SG-1: Enemy Mine & The Road Not Taken and as a team leader in SGA).
If you are creating a canon character, you will need to modify their history to account for the AU side of Wonder. For Atlantis characters, all five seasons of Atlantis never happened so it’s a matter of filling in the last six years with acceptable content (Elizabeth Weir becoming a stripper after leaving SGC is not acceptable content). For SG-1 canons, there were only minor changes made to facilitate the absence of Atlantis as a factor in defeating the Ori. Characters from Stargate Universe may be accepted, excluding anything that occurred during the show from their history.
